The 20L / 200L
empty barrel is transported to the cleaning machine table by the electric
roller. After the pure water and N2 are blown successively, the drum is
automatically transported to the filling machine table by the roller after passing
the test and cleaning. After automatic positioning, the drum is filled. After
filling, the drum is taken to the designated position by the roller mill, and
then lifted to the pallet by the crane, and packed in groups.

pressure, weight, leakage protection and other comprehensive automatic
monitoring chain. Ensure stable and reliable filling process.
The program is
written by adding the historical cumulative quantity, the operation times of pump
and valve, and giving the accurate filling amount.
