The raw liquid
drum is transported to the storage tank through stu. The grinding liquid is
then transported to the mixing tank by the liquid supply equipment. After the
mixing, the qualified grinding liquid is transported to the daily tank, and
finally, the grinding liquid is distributed to the use point through VMB
through the supply equipment in SDU.
All components
are installed inside the equipment.
Flow, dosage,
pressure, liquid level, concentration and other automatic monitoring interlock.
Ensure stable and reliable liquid supply.
The program is
written to add the accumulated amount of history, the number of pumps, valves
and other operation times, and gives reliable usage and drum replacement
period.
