The stock
solution is stored in the tank car and transported to the storage tank through
the tank car filling tank (CCB). The high purity chemicals are then transported
to the daily tank by the liquid supply equipment. During operation, the liquid
supply tank distributes the chemicals in the daily tank to each point of use
through VMB.
All components
are installed inside the equipment.
